We have a limited number of internships, which normally run for two weeks but may – under some circumstances – extend up to four weeks.
For individuals on UK based higher education courses who are undertaking an internship as a requirement of their specified course, placements are a chance to try your hand at particular tasks in line with the specific learning objectives agreed between us at the outset. We aim to give you an opportunity to learn skills which will make you more attractive to potential employers; to gain confidence through carrying out work activities; and to build up contacts.
For those wishing to apply for an internship who are not students and do not meet the criteria set out above, we can only offer a volunteer internship. Hours of attendance are only suggested and you are free to come and go as you please. You are not under any obligation to perform work or services or to attend the placement.
Actaeon Films has Employer’s and Public Liability insurance cover and a company health and safety policy in place. We aim to comply with the Department of Trade and Industry / HM Revenue and Customs guidelines on work experience in the television industry, which are available to download from the Skillet website at the following link:
